Zen Tracer is a SAAS application for the real estate industry, offering a simple and powerful skiptracing tool. It provides property managers and investors with instant, accurate contact information for property owners to streamline outreach and acquisitions.
Objective
The primary objective for Zen Tracer was to design and build a complete, market-ready SaaS application from the ground up. The mission was to demystify a complex process—real estate skiptracing—and create a product with a minimalist, intuitive user experience.
This in-house project served as a challenge to integrate a new back-end technology (Firebase) and build a secure, monetized platform that maintained the sophisticated Zentient One design aesthetic.
The goal was to create a fully-functional Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that showcases the ability to build complex web applications. This included designing an intuitive user journey, engineering a secure back-end with user authentication, and integrating a third-party payment gateway, proving the capability to deliver end-to-end digital products.

UI/UX & Front-End Development: Designed the complete user interface and experience in Figma and developed a fully responsive front-end in Webflow for maximum design fidelity and a seamless user experience on any device.

Full-Stack Firebase Integration: Built a secure and scalable back-end using Google's Firebase to manage user authentication, a real-time database with Firestore, and protected user file storage.

Stripe Payment Gateway: Integrated the Stripe API to create a secure, automated payment and billing system, allowing users to purchase services and access their data instantly upon payment.
